Product Source & Usage

NiloyFlix does not promote cracked, hacked, or illegal tools. Products are provided based on available subscription access, official license keys, shared plans, or service-specific delivery rules shown on each product page.

Refund Eligible Cases

• If NiloyFlix cannot deliver the ordered product, payment will be refunded or adjusted to another product of equal value.
• If the customer sends a wrong amount or duplicate payment, support will verify and resolve it manually.
• If a product is out of stock after payment, the customer can wait, choose another product, or request a refund.

Non-Refundable Cases

• After a digital product, account access, license key, or subscription is successfully delivered, refund is generally not applicable.
• If the customer breaks product usage rules, changes account settings, shares access outside allowed limits, or causes account lock/disable, refund is not applicable.
• Wrong order selected by the customer may not be refundable after delivery.

Refund Time

Approved refunds are usually processed through the original payment method within 5 minutes to 24 hours after verification.
